A form shouldn't be where a project gets stuck. Keep responses close, take a CSV with you, or connect an HTTPS webhook receiver to carry the details onward.

What is FlexGather for?
Gathering the information that gets work started: client intake, project briefs, inquiries, and feedback. It's a focused form-building workspace, not a replacement for your project manager or CRM.
Can I edit a form after publishing it?
Yes. Work on a draft without changing the published version. Publish when you're ready; responses stay associated with the version they answered.
Can I use a traditional form instead?
Yes. Choose a traditional layout or a conversational, one-question-at-a-time experience. Both are built around the same form questions.
Does it connect to my other tools?
Start with CSV export or a signed webhook to an HTTPS receiver. Make and Zapier workflows can use their webhook tools; this is not a native FlexGather connector. The integration guide explains setup and limitations.
Is FlexGather ready for client work?
FlexGather is in launch preview. Explore with sample data and test your complete workflow before inviting clients. Public pricing, legal policies, and production operations are still subject to launch review.
