A little guidance

From your first question
to the next step.

Start small. Use sample answers. Make sure the entire journey works for the people who'll use it.

1. Give yourself a starting point.

Choose the starting point closest to your goal, then adapt it. For client intake, ask about the person, the project, their desired outcome, and practical constraints.

2. Build a thoughtful draft.

Add questions and mark only the essential ones required. Use conditional visibility for follow-ups that depend on an earlier answer. Choose a conversational or traditional layout and preview both short and detailed responses.

3. Publish with intention.

A draft is your work in progress; publishing creates the version respondents see. Make a test submission through the published link, not just the builder preview. Later edits stay in draft until you publish again.

4. Look after the response.

Check the response inbox and open the submitted answer details. Export a CSV when you need a portable copy. If you configure a webhook, test it end to end and inspect its delivery result.

Launch preview, clearly stated.

This is a launch-preview product and marketing site, not a general-availability or compliance promise. Use sample data while evaluating. Test before sharing a form with clients.

  • Free, Solo, and Team plans have published allowances. Paid checkout awaits Stripe configuration; final legal policies and operational readiness remain launch requirements.
  • Respondent payments, AI form generation, custom form domains, Agency plans, and HIPAA support are not advertised as available.
  • Google Sheets, Slack, and HubSpot connections require configured provider credentials and authorization. Your workspace shows which providers are available.
  • Make and Zapier can receive a generic webhook using their own tools. There is no claim of a native FlexGather marketplace app.
  • Product illustrations on this site use sample content; they are not screenshots or customer results.

Use data thoughtfully.

Collect only the information needed for the task. Explain the purpose to respondents and decide who should have access, how long information is needed, and how you will handle deletion requests.

Don't collect health records, financial account details, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive information during preview. CSV exports and webhook destinations create additional copies of answers; protect them and include them in your own data-handling process.

These are practical preview-use notes, not legal policies or legal advice. Final privacy notices, terms, support contacts, and any required data-processing agreements must be reviewed and published before a public commercial launch.
