What counts as a response?

One accepted completed submission, counted once across your organization. Previews, invalid attempts, partial saves, and retries do not count. Deleting a response does not refund its usage.

What happens at the limit?

Usage warnings appear before you reach your allowance. Paid plans include 10% response grace. At the hard limit, new collection pauses until a reset or upgrade. No surprise automatic overage charges.

What resets each month?

Your response allowance. Published forms, seats, and stored attachments measure current capacity. Drafts do not use a published-form slot; pending invitations reserve a seat. Files are limited to 10 MB each, with additional daily abuse-protection budgets.

Can I leave with my data?

Yes. Export and deletion controls are included on every plan. Cancelling renewal keeps paid access through the current period; existing responses remain accessible afterward under Free allowances.
